Called via Facebook only as soon as Manda and Rich confirmed... at around 4 pm. Fox came, then Scott showed up, then Chris (test of the Facebook Responsiveness System). Sharing the kitchen with Andrew i was even slower in getting started than usual, but he made roasted vegetable kebabs while Manda did the steaks he marinated and I made a vegan quesadilla recipe, but with my own beans instead of refried, and little corn tortillas instead of flour ones. (Pinto beans, which i spiced with peppers and salts and masalas; arugula; tomato; and avocado. Then Andrew made hummos and i made salsa, the part with pineapples is particularly good.

Good conversation even if we did slip into tech a little bit!
