Vegan hair loss

Increased numbers of loose hairs may be caused by a change in diet (starting 2 to 4 months after the change), in which case ‘vegan hair loss’ would be a temporary thing.

This even hair loss (as opposed to pattern balding), leading to thinner hair, could also be caused by lack of iron, most likely, and possibly a lack of zinc, which vegans have to pay special attention to get anyway.
