CMC records letters, e-mails, and other communication between Melançon Enterprises and businesses, organizations, and government agencies.  In general, such communication begins with a letter of inquiry from Benjamin Melançon.  That query is posted at CMC along with any reply received.  The recipients of our questions, through their own responsiveness and words, show their priorities and competence.
